Job Description
We are actively seeking a reliable Company Representative to collaborate with us, particularly within the United States. This unique opportunity guarantees a stable income, a generous annual gross salary of $36,000 (paid monthly), and potential bonuses. Our auto-renewing Employment Agreement ensures long-term security for you, automatically renewing after the first year.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to the company's needs.
* Act as a Nominee Director.
* Facilitate company registration (LLC, INC, and other types as required).
* Assist with company account registration.
* Offer personal and operational support to the company's partners.
* Procure board papers and follow-up reports.
Employee Expenses:
While some expenses (e.g., work-related travel hotel rooms) are paid directly by us, we ask you to track and report reimbursable expenses you pay yourself. We reimburse expenses related to:
* Business travel
* Relocation
* Education and training
* Banking fees
* Other business-related fees
All costs for company opening, maintenance, accounts, etc., are covered by Berdain LLP. We independently manage accounting and tax payments and cover costs for new registered company websites.
Work From Home:
Remote working is encouraged if your role doesn't require physical presence at our premises. When working remotely, please ensure you use a fast and secure internet connection and devices, and choose a quiet, distraction-free environment. For permanent remote roles, adherence to our security, confidentiality, and equal opportunity policies is essential, mirroring your office-based colleagues.
Training:
You will be provided with all necessary materials and direct access to our staff to ensure a seamless training process. Berdain LLP provides all required training and instructions free of charge.
